Lockdown Exhibition

We are absolutely delighted with the Government announcing this evening that museum and public galleries can re-open next Tuesday. This means that Dalkey Town Hall is back and we can go ahead with the John Short exhibition of Dalkey 'lockdown' watercolours and prints.

The Town Hall's Director Margaret Dunne has very kindly allowed us to extend the exhibition, so we can now open at 11am on Friday 4 December and we also have an extra day on Monday 7 December. John will be attendance throughout the weekend.

All are of course welcome and admission is free; but in order to ensure social distancing and the safety of everyone we are asking visitors to pre-book a time slot via the links below to avoid disappointment. (If you don’t have a ticket we certainly won't turn anyone away at the door - but if we are at full capacity inside, you may have to wait a few minutes to gain entry).

If you are cocooning or would like to preview the whole set of 37 watercolours and 15 prints, you can view everything online here.
